Dear fellow bread-bakers:
I love the recipes in my book Bread in a Bag, but now and again I'll get a question about a recipe and I'll realize that no matter how well I thought I knew the list of ingredients, something needs to be corrected or clarified. I've seen other baking books with the same issue, so I know it's not unique to me. Still, it's very discouraging! It also shows how much I am dependent upon my readers to help me correct and amend these as needed.
So there is a "Corrections" column to refer to now, that I'll add to when necessary to clarify or correct a recipe. If you have something you'd like corrected or clarified, please write me at email@example.com. I'll re-test the recipe and post any corrections needed. If I get enough of them I'll resubmit a corrected book to the publisher.
